Up for your consideration is this is beautiful hand painted porcelain trinket box from Atelier Le Tallec Paris. This elegant purple with raised gold oval measuresapproximately 3 1/2\" x 2 1/8\" x1 5/8\". Fine porcelain painted in theNicolette Nicolettapattern on purple. Inside, top and bottom a 24k gold starburst pattern is painted. The clasp is a flower.
Decorated by Le Tallec in Paris and accordingly marked \'Le Tallec a\'Paris\' in red. \'LT\' with the artist\'s initials \"HLR\" and the date mark for 1952 \'X\'all in blue.

Condition isfair withgold loss most significantly to the top, no cracks or chips to the porcelain.The original paste is intact around the metal bands. Priced accordingly.

Le Tallec (owned by Tiffany since early 1980\'s) remains one of only few studios in the world where decorations are still done by hand using old techniques.
