Lionel 260E Locomotive & TenderLoco is Black with Green Frame and Copper and Brass Trim.It looks like there is a spot of touch-up paint on the Loco, just in front of the cab.The cab roof may have been repainted or touched up in the past.It is hard to tell for sure.Wheels and all parts look original.Boiler front opens and closes, and stays latched.Loco buzzes but did not run on the test track. The Tender is Black with a Green frame and Copper Journalsand Copper and Brass trim.It is possible the black paint on the tender was touched up or repainted in the past. We don't know -- it is very hard to tell sometimes, especially with black paint.The green frame on the tender looks all original.
