RETURN POLICY:

Shipping costs include packing, handling, postage, a confirmation number, and insurance.

Item must be returned within 7 days unless otherwise noted. If you should decide to file a “not as described” case you must at your expense return this item to us for inspection. Be aware we do take pictures and videos of item prior to shipping both in and out of its packaging and we take fraudulent “not as described cases extremely seriously. The item must be returned in the exact condition as when you opened the package with the original packaging, and anything else that was sent with the item. This item is sold with the intention of the buyer keeping it, and not for the purpose of being “tried out” or tested. If it is not shipped back in the condition it was shipped out, we will begin legal action against the buyer for any damages or destruction of this item. Buyer is not allowed to open up the item (remove plates, screws, knobs, etc…), and if they do so the item will be returned to them and they will forfeit any type of refund. We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item as to any issues. If you do return the item there will be a 25% restocking fee with no exceptions, and shipping and handling is non-refundable. If the item is not as described, we will offer a Merchandise Credit.
