I got this with other electronic components and seems it\'s been programmed with a bin file as one chip is \"MARKED\". I do not have an adapter or programmer for this particular IC package so I will be selling this as-is, It may need to be erased so it can be reuse. Otherwise chips are practically in new condition, the pins are not soldered at one point. Please look at the pictures and see what you are offerding on. Sold as-is
