LOT OF 4 VINTAGE AUDIO TECHNICA MICROPHONE DEALER BROCHURE
A majority of the items I have listed this week came from the estate of a serious audiophile who we'll callMonte. Monte was introduced to jazz at a young age by his father and was immediately enthralled. Once he became a planning engineer for Florida State University this gave him the finances to pursue his love of jazz.
Apparently money was not an issue as he spoiled himself with all of the latest high tech equipment at the time and every few years he would upgrade his equipment. He loved his equipment as much as he loved jazz and took very good care of it.
Most of his equipment had their own files where he would keep the manuals, receipts, records of work performed, and copies of letters he would write to electronics manufacturers with recommendations for improvements to their current lineup.
Traveling to and recording live jazzfests was a favorite pasttime(Monte kept files on all of the trips he made to record jazzfestsincluding receipts, flyers, programs, ect). He would then return to Tallahassee from these trips only to lock himself in his studio and basically engineer his recordings for the best sound possible. I have a lot of correspondence from his friends from all over the country complementing him on his exceptional mastering. Monte referred to himself as a true jazz purist (I would say more like excessive compulsive).
When I was given the opportunity to purchase his audio room, it had sat untouched for approximately 5 years. All equipment was covered in plastic and looked new. His audio room resemmbled the bridge of the Starship Enterprise.
The amount of jazz / vintage audio related items is staggering.
What we have up for sale is a lot of 4 vintage Audio Technica Microphone Brochures. Brochures are all in excellent condition with the exception ofthree light creases through the middle of each of them from being folded and mailed (they have been stored flat in afile folder in a file cabinet since 1970 so the creases are smooth).
These brochures have spent their entire life in a file folder in a file cabinet.
Each of the flyers is a one page, printed front and back..
Will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail for US buyers and USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope for International buyers.

Tracking: USPS does not provide online tracking information for items shipped viaPriority Mail International UNLESS you opt for insurance. If you wish to track your item online, please request shipping insurance BEFORE paying for the purchase. Depending on where you live, items can take anywhere from1 to 6 weeks to be delivered.

Shipping Charges and response Rating:
Please note that my intention is to sell you an item, not make a fortune off of shipping. Many times if shipping ends up being less than the actual charges I refund the difference. There is a very reasonable amount of handling charges included for each item. This is to cover the time as well as materials to package the item and to deliver it to UPS or USPS depending upon its destination. Larger items sometimes have more of a handling charge just due to the materials required to package it safely. Should you feel that your shipping charges are excessive before leaving anything less than 5 stars on shipping/handling charges please contact me and I will be happy to provide you with a copy of the shipping receipt. Alot of people do not realize how the rate have really escalated with UPS and USPS. For example, UPS is going up another 4% January 1, 2012.
All Buyers: Your item will automatically ship to the address you have on file with PayPal, at the time of payment. PLEASE make sure that the "ship to" address is correct before confirming payment. We cannot edit your address after the payment has been made.
Freight Items:
Freight items are shippedFREIGHT COLLECT via my freight carrier in Tallahassee, Florida. A palleting fee may apply (see sale description). The actual shipping/freight costs are paid directly to the freight carrier at the time of delivery (not to me). If you would like a freight quote please do not hesitate to email me ... I will need your zipcode to get a quote. Items are also available for local pickup for no additional charge.
For freight items, we will need to know if your delivery address is Commercial or Residential. If you have a forklift or loading dock available, and a contact Phone Number.
Residential deliveries---You may want your item to be shipped to a freight terminal for you to pickup. This is a lot more cost effective than a residential delivery.
General Shipping Information:
Items will be shipped within 2 business days, after payment is received unlessI contact you otherwise.
Items will be shipped using either UPS, USPS or Freight (as noted in the sale description).
Once your purchase leaves us, we have no control over the handling time by the carrier, especially foreign shipments. You will receive an email with tracking information, as soon as the item is shipped.
PAYMENT .........
Payment is required within 5 days of the sale close. If payment has not been received within 5 days of sale close the item will be relisted and an UNPAID ITEM ALERT will be initiated with .
We accept Paypal. You will receive an email usually within a few minutes after the sale ends, that will include all you need in order to pay and have your item on it's way to you as quickly as possible!
