LARGE LOT1940s- 1960sWOMENS CLOTHING I now will be listing some large lots of ladies clothing from the 1930s through the 1970s. Everything is shown in the photos, and I will describe each below. All items need cleaning and many are in as-is condition. I will list sizes on these in inches and measured laid flat and doubled and written as bust-waist- hips. B-W-H. 1. Mint, gray, and white plaid cotton dress with snap top and large buttons at the skirt front. 44-34. A few tiny marks at the neck, some more small marks on the skirt, some faint marks on the sleeve, and the lowest button doesn't match the rest.2. Rosecrest brown gabardine skirt with side metal zipper. 28-44. A few small marks to rinse out, and light reddening at the hem and waist band.3. Olive linen bolero with tan and cream rayon edging and matching belt. Nice- the belt is darker on one end than the other.4. Lofties Designed by Lawrence tan pullover with buttons at the top, light shoulder pads, and fold down collar. 35-25. Light under arm marks and one tiny stain.5. Cream cotton textured bolero. Across the shoulder, under arm, inner neck, and sleeve soiling. 6. Reid & Reid Sportswear pink and white striped cotton blouse with bird applique on the side chest. 36-29. A few faint yellow marks.7. Blue and green on white floral printed cotton dress with blue seam binding trim and back metal zipper. 48-42. A few faint marks on the skirt and small marks at the back zipper.8. McKettrick Classics cream rayon dress with side mother of pearl buttons. 40-28. Scattered small age spots, one small repair needed under one arm.9. Created by Westover New York turquoise and cream floral printed silk button front dress with light shoulder pads, and matching belt. 46-32. Wear to the pearlized finish on the buttons, faint soiling at the inner neck, a few small, light marks, a few thin dark lines on the skirt and one tiny pinprick mark.10. Pale blue cotton dress with white buttons at the front. 35-26. Light soiling under the arms, at the front button placket, and a little faint yellowing along both sides on the folds.11. Gray and coral striped cotton pinafore dress with lace trim and buttons up the back and waist sash for fitting. Best for fabric or parts as this piece has edge wear and staining. 12. Red and green plaid cotton skirt with side metal zipper. 26-38. One belt loop needs a few stitches, back hem pleat needs some seam repair, and one 1/2 inch hole at the back to repair.13. White cotton blouse with pleats and embroidered ribbon. 39-32. One button is missing, a few light marks, and light inner neck soiling.14. Black, red, yellow, and white plaid cotton dress with button front. 39-29. The waistband needs to be re-sewn on one side, one button is missing, and a few tan stains on the skirt and tiny marks on the top.15. Lavender and purple cotton dress with side metal zipper. 38-30. Light soiling under the arms, on the front of the top, one drip mark near the shoulder, and the zipper needs replacing.16. Modern Classics purple print cotton dress with side metal zipper. 36-26. Some light staining on the skirt.17. Turquoise cotton dress with button front and side metal zipper. 33-27. A 2 inch tear at the front bodice near the button placket, a few stains at the collar, a little yellowing in the underarm seam, and a few light drips to rinse off.18. Silk blend gray and pink pin striped skirt with side metal zipper. 29 inch waist. Small wear hole at the back.19. White House Original apricot crepe blouse with embroidered leaves and cream lace flowers. Pearl buttons. 38-34, light shoulder pads. The seam on one sleeve needs mending, both side seams need some mending, and light underarm soiling.20. Pam Rogers Juniors blue and cream crepe wiggle dress with button front. 38-25-36. Lightening along the shoulders and sleeves, staining along the neck and under the arms.21. Blue and white pinstriped faille skirt with side metal zipper. 28 inch waist. A few faint marks and some hem soiling to clean.22. Pale blue gray cotton dress with ecru lace and side metal zipper. 38-30. Light soiling on the bodice- on the neck, shoulders, and under the arms, and more marks on the skirt.23. Cream cotton blend blouse with embroidered flowers and buttons at the front. 38-35. Light inner neck soiling, a few tiny marks and light yellowing in places.24. Brown and white woven linen dress with button front. 45-36. Rhinestone centers are missing on some of the buttons. A few light marks and some light soiling at the inner neck. 25. Apricot on white floral printed cotton skirt with buttons at the front. 27 inch waist. A few light drip marks.26. Lemon rayon blouse with large buttons and ruffles. Has discoloration at the back and inner neck so may be best for study.27. Fruit of the Loom sanforized green block printed tonal cotton dress with button front. 46-36. Two buttons are missing, a little darkening under the arms, and one tiny hole.28. Slip into a Bradley black stretchy bathing suit with buttons at the front straps, and cream nylon bombshell bodice. 34-28-37. Nylon built in bra has yellowing age marks- but piece is unworn. Back metal zipper- vintage size 42 tag.29. Pale blue woven swimsuit- earlier piece with tie back. For study as this has areas of wear and small holes and stains.30. Black with yellow flower printed cotton dress with front metal zipper. 40- 30. Fading, hole and repairs under one arm, a few more small repairs needed on one pocket, one repair on the skirt hem, small repair needed to the back neck.31. Kenneth Tischler apple green and white check cotton dress with button front. 34-25. The buttons have white marks, and there are scattered small marks on the skirt. 32. Town and Cottage brown gabardine button front dress with cream embroidery and shoulder pads. Matching belt. 40-32. A few light marks to clean.33. Gray, red, and cream dotted rayon dress with button front. Soiling under the arms, at the inner neck, a few light stains.34. For a Younger You navy crepe dress with shoulder pads, diamond pieced skirt of taffeta and crepe, and side metal zipper. 44-36. Some light drip marks, and light wear on one side of the collar edge.
