In good condition, both usable and bristles has crisp and firm still, but the handle has some wear with some parts peeling off like the black coating in the middle in one of the handle, sold as is. For its age, the bristles are very good condition, this items are old its been in storage for several decades. Each of brush is marked Prophy lactic (?), Sterilized, Made in U.S.A.
