We will require you to send us back the defective part before we ship you a replacement. Yes, we will pay for the associated shipping costs to send the part(s) back. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to put on the box. You then return that box to any UPS drop-off location and they'll bring it back to us. As soon as we receive the defective part and inspect it, we will immediately send your replacement in it’s way.**DAMAGED IN TRANSIT** Please carefully inspect your package(s) BEFORE you accept it from the delivery person. If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging please make sure that the delivery person makes a note of this damage on the delivery receipt. Without this note on the delivery receipt we cannot fix this problem for you. Once you've made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package.
