This is a huge and very substantial vintage rhinestone and faux jade glass cabochon maltese cross Juliana pin that is in outstanding vintage condition. It has all original rhinestones, faux jade cabochons and faux pearls with none missing or replaced. There is one tiny side chip to one small round faux jade cabochon to the left of the large center cabochon and I\'ve shown a picture of this in #4. The chip is on the bottom side and I did not notice it until under magnification. Other than that, the pin is truly in phenomenal condition and is so impressive in person with its dimensions being 3\" x 3\" with a 1\" profile. The frame is very heavy and solid and made in two layers. There is an \"O\" ring on the back providing additional support to the back as well as various points of soldering between the two layers which are all solid and secure. All of the rhinestones and glass cabochons are prong set and the pearls are glue set. The pearls are all original and have all of their coating. The gold rhodium plating is in very good condition, still very smooth and bright, with puddles of extra soldering on the back and no deterioration or verdigris. The pin has its original locking \'c\' clasp that is firmly attached and works well. It\'s an extremely beautiful, and impressive piece, from this well renowned and collectable jewelry designer.Please use pictures as part of the description and feel free to email me with any questions.
