This is a really nice redware preserve jar in very good condition. There are two shallow chips on the outer rim(pic #2). Not much more than the glaze is missing. Also, a couple of minor chips on the bottom. Otherwise, no other chips, cracks, or repairs. The glaze is strong and glossy. There is tiny imperfection in the glaze clearly occurrng in the making.
