Antique German wooly Putz Sheep. It measures 5 inches tall- 4 3/4 inches nose to tail. He is big enough for a small SANTA to ride on. Pluses are- original bow ribbons on head and tail- both eyes are there- both wooly ears are there- original long tail. Very realistic modeling of face and body. Head turns slightly to one side- good shaping to the body. It is somewhat dirty. Age quality is becoming. Missing front part of one hoof. Stands O.K. But one front leg and one back leg are loose. The other two legs seam tight enough but move SLIGHTLY to the touch. He stands well but if he were on a table or shelf and you bumped it- he would fall over. He is a very old one- good size- charming. See my other Christmas listings.
