Beautiful Antique Half Doll

From the estate of a doll collector in Manhattan, this large half doll is probably from the early 1900s.

I am not an expert, so I've taken many close-up photos for your inspection.

She is marked on back with what looks like an "M" overlapping and "A".

She stands 16 inches when you include her wire stand and from head to waist she measures about 6 inches. Her fingers are all there with no breaks and her wired arms are tight and nicely positioned.

She has a blonde mohair wig and beautiful clothing, which I believe is original. The lace is incredible. She has a tiny cameo on her blouse. Lovely hat with flowers. Very detailed.

I am not sure what she is made of...porcelain? bisque?

Condition: Her outfit shows some wear with a couple of rips. Her mohair wig is pretty nice in the front and has retained its wave and ribbon. It does have a thin bald spot. There appears to be a small patch on the front of her neck, possibly a repair. There are a few tiny black spots on her hands and a very tiny bump on her cheek. They don't appear to be damage and may be original to the doll. She needs her face cleaned up a little, but I will leave that up to the new owner.

This antique doll is a real beauty as you can see from the photos. She is being sold as-is.
