Lovely and large (2\" x 1 5/8\") classic shell cameo, carving of Diana, goddess of the hunt, with the crescent moon in her hair.Beautifully carved with great detail (see photos). Most likely carved in Italy, then mounted in England or U.S.Very nice, substantial frame of 10K rose gold (tested).Very good vintage condition - see above.An elegant, feminine finishing touch to your outfit!
