An outstanding Victorian blue enamel seed pearl locket, in almost pristine condition, there is some damage to the enamel on the edge on the back at the hinge, it does not take away from this piece, original glass frames, a gold wash on the inside, I could not find any markings, clasp is tight and secure, it measures 1.9" from top of ring to bottom of locket, heavy very well made, Dates to around 1860s.
