This is a large and lovely antique Victorian wall shelf that I acquired at an estate sale in upstate New York. The sale included a half dozen hand made shelves in various designs, and I was fortunate to get some of them.
This shelf is 3-tier. The grain of the wood looks like oak, but I cannot say for sure what type of wood it is. It measures 17 1/2 inches high, 14 1/4 inches across the widest point, and extends 6 inches out from the wall. It features lovely hand carved maple leaves.
The top shelf measures 8 1/2 in. x 4 in. The center shelf is 11 1/2 in. x 5 in. And the large bottom shelf is 13 1/2 in. x 6 in.
It has a few blemishes that you can see in the photo, but overall, this is just a wonderful piece!
It will be very well protected for shipment.
