We are pleased to offer a large Chinese porcelain charger plate made in the early 18th century, Kangxi period.

diameter: 14 7/8", 37.59 cm.

Attractive large plate with shaped rim and decorated in rich cobalt blue with a central floral medallion surrounded by multi- paneled borders with each panel painted with various flower designs. The back side with three tree branch designs and a large artemesia leaf mark within double blue circles.

From a local estate collection and offered in very good condition, it has and old flat chip (polished) on the back side only, also the plate edge has been lightly ground to resolve and smooth the fritting found on most of these old pieces.
