All items sold by JUBILEE SWEET ARTS are new and sealed in packaging.Some items are not packaged by the manufacturer, such ascandy molds.Some items are packaged by JSA. We are a wholesaler/retailer, so if you would like to purchase any item in bulk email us.
Payments PayPal only Please note that echecks take up to 5 business days (domestic) and up to 10 business days (international) to clear, and shipment will not be made until payment clears. Sales tax of 4% will be added for Alabama residents.
Combined Shipping We combine shipping on all of our sales. Simply commit to buy for each item, then DON’T pay until you receive an invoice from us (typically within 1-2 days). The additional item prices provided by apply only if you only purchase the same or similar items. We will send you an invoice based the total weight and size of your purchase. If you wish to receive a combine shipping estimate, email me. If you have not received an invoice, please request total from seller in “my ”. We cannot alter an invoice once it is sent.
SHIPPING COSTS We try to provide fair shipping costs. We do add a small handling fee to cover the cost of packaging. We strive to make sure all of our items are securely packed (most are in corrugated shipping boxes), so they arrive to you in pristine condition. Please note that all sellers package items differently and therefore shipping costs will vary.
Shipping times and information We only ship to the confirmed address given by PayPal. If you would like shipment to a different address, temporarily change your address in PayPal. Shipping times vary greatly by the carrier and season (typically MUCH slower during busy times, such as holidays), so please plan ahead and choose the shipping method which will get your product(s)to you when needed. We cannot be held accountable for transit times once your shipment has left our facility. The following guide is for reference only and is transit time in route AFTER your product(s) have shipped.

Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. If purchased, you will receive the information needed to handle any damage/delivery claims.
Most items are shipped within2-3 business days. We never purposely charge for items not in stock or on backorder. However, we operate at multiple locations and sometimes this is unavoidable. If an item purchased is not in stock, you will receive an email ( email address) notifying you of backorders. The email will explain your options, including backorder times and full refund options. If you need it by a certain date, email us so we can work with you on available options.
INTERNATIONAL We ship worldwide to most areas, please contact us. Some items may be prohibited by your customs official. We are not responsible for taxes and fees imposed by your country at time of delivery.
RETURNS Do to the nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if an item arrives incorrectly or damaged (other than damage covered by shipping insurance) email us for information on exchanging a product. Products can only be exchanged for the SAME item purchased.
