These oversized/large Hull Little Red Riding Hood salt and pepper shakers belonged to my grandmother, who was born in 1904. I know she had them at her home in the 1950s, but I think that she had them longer than that, and she did get them new. Because I saw no others with this same floral pattern, I cannot price them knowledgeably. I think the BIN price is fair, but maybe they are underpriced, since with this pattern, they may be rare. (For what it\'s worth research-wise, I know she had the matching matchbox, too; I sold that for my mother years ago.) If someone knows more, please inform me if you have the time, and thank you.
Each is about 5.25\" tall. Idon\'t know which of the patterns they are, but each has two poppies, some violets and daisies, and a basket to the side. Their original corks areintact. No chips or cracks. Glaze is still shiny. A few paint misses or nicks: please zoom in.
Soon, I will list the small S & P set she had, too. If a buyer wants both, s/he needs to know that the sets will ship separately, as I pack as I list. I pack very carefully, and Idon\'t want -- and cannot afford -- to waste bubble wrap and tape.
