This is a large, Mexican pewter cross / wall hanging, with beautiful detail in the mold, depicting Jesus with his Crown of Thorns. Great patina, weight and sheen to it. It looks like aged sterling silver with a black patina in the crevices, yet is a pewter alloy. It measures 9\" x 12 1/2\" x 1\". It has a strong hook for hanging.
