FLAWS:
THERE IS A HAIRLINE CRACK, VERY THIN, HARD TO SEE FROM THE FRONT, BUT IT IS THERE. THIS HAIRLINE CRACK IS EASIER TO SEE FROM THE REVERSE. (hard to capture the hairline crack with my camera) IT MEASURES 3 1/4 INCHES ON THE FRONT. THIS IS PICTURED IN THE LAST THREE PHOTOS. WHEN YOU TURN THE PLATTER OVER, TO VIEW THE CRACK FROM THE BACK, THIS THIN CRACK THEN EXTENDS AND DIMINISHES TO AN VERY ULTRA THIN EXTENDED CRACK THAT IS YET ANOTHER 5 INCHES LONG. THIS PART OF THE CRACK IS NOT AT ALL VISIBLE FROM THE FRONT, AND IS SUPER ULTRA THIN. I COULD NOT CAPTURE IT WITH MY CAMERA
A FEW OTHER LIGHT NIPS ALONG THE EDGE (this is from use, nothing significant and at one time graced the table on Thanksgiving. minimal wear, it is vintage, not perfect)
