The painting is signed,J.L. Dispo, { Jacopus Lambertus Dispo, born in Steenwijk march 10, 1890, he died in Den Haque, March 27, 1964,

J. L. Dispo painted primarily church and city scenes. This a special painting for him, a marine. Well known Dutch painter}. The size of the painting is, 23.5 x 31.5inches.

The frame is alsoantique and is slightly damaged because of its old age.{ This van be easily repaired though}.

And the size of the outside of the frame is,29.5 x 37.5 inches.
