This is a beautiful, rare, brand new, in the box, Le Creuset Flame Orange 2-1/4 Qt Cast Iron Bell Pepper Dutch Oven. It is awesome. These dutch ovens are so much fun to cook in and serve out of. Everyone is very impressed when you place this on your buffet or dinner table to serve food out of. It does come in it\'s original box although the box may not be in perfect condition.
It does hold 2-1/4 Qt (2L) and measures 7\" in diameter. Including the 2 side handles, it measures about 8-1/4\". The base is 4\" high and with the lid in place, it measures 7-1/2\" high.
These are great for making stuffed peppers in or my favorite thing to do with the cast iron bell peppers, is to serve a chilled salad in one. Set the cast iron pepper in the freezer for a couple of hours to chill it well, and then transfer your potato salad, pasta salad, or any other fancy salad into this to serve on a buffet table. The chilled cast iron vessel will keep the whole salad chilled much longer.
