Lecoultre Atmos Clock Vintage Small Door Baby Atmos Running No Reserve 1960:
OFFERING AT . I feel the best way to sell an item on is to let the market set the price. The high buyer will own this clock. UP for sale is an Atmos Clock. I have owned this clock since 1990. I bought it from an estate sale. The former owner was an GM Cadillacemployee who received it as a retirement gift in 1960. This is at a time when you retired your employer would really spend some money on your retirement gift. The clock has a plate which was engraved with the former owners name and retirement date. I have removed this plate as I did not care to have it on the clock. The plate will be included with the clock. The base plate has two screws where the plate once was. The clock measures 9 inches high by 7 inches wide base by 5 the clock is in very good condition. The clock is totally original.I estimate that the clock was made around 1958. The clock has no wear through the gold plating and all the glass is in very good condition. The clock runs accurate. I had the clock serviced about 10 years ago. The clock has been in my collection and I have only run it once a year for the last 10 years. The clock has the swing open door type case. It also has the plumb bob level on the bottom of the balance. If you have never owned an Atmos clock, it is very important that the clock be in a level position for it to run accurately. I am reducing my collection of Atmos clocks, thus the sale here. I willship the clock in adouble box and carefully package the clock so it arrives in good condition. I would estimate that shipping for the US will cost about $20 to$40 depending upon your location and insurance cost. I will also ship worldwide. Please ask questions before you offer as I do not give refunds or price adjustments after the sale. Good Luck
