Very nice detail , throughout. It has been long since retired.
This is a brand new in the box, never opened, except for photos. I did test this piece. Comes with a single bulb cord.

I TRY TO BE FAIR WITH SHIPPING WHEN I CANWHEN REMOVING YOUR HOUSE FROM THE FOAM PACKAGING, DO NOT PULL FROM THE ACCESSORIES GRAB IT BY THE BASE OR SIDES OF HOUSE . THIS WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BREAKING OF THE ACCENT PIECES. REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE GLUED ON AFTER THE MAIN PIECE HAS BEEN PAINTED AND FIREDAs always stated all Lemax products have accent pieces glued on after the piece has been fired. If a piece comes off, it does not mean that the item is broken.
A good single part adhesive will get the job done. Bond 527, Duco, Quick grip, are just a few that work well.
If you purchase a few items I will combine shipping to save you money.
Look at pictures before offerding.
I do not take returns on Lemax products due to their poor quality control.
