I have over 3000 items to list. I will only be providing 1 or 2 photos. I am selling my entire 10+ yr collection of Halloween village pieces.
If you are interested in the whole collection - ASK. 99% of items are in their original boxes & clamshells with all protective packing. I TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF EVERY ITEM.LOVE THE COLLECTION BUT MY SMALL HOUSE IS ABOUT TO SPLIT AT THE SEAMS & BUYING A BIGGER HOUSE IS NOT AN OPTION. ( Can\'t seem to win the lottery, LOL)

This way I can prevent the accident that happened when I started to list these items. I intended to show them lit & working.Unfortunately The Dept. 56 House was opened upside down. It slid out of the styro container over the edge of the counter AND SMASHED to bits on the ceramic floor. These items are way to fragile & I won\'t take them out if I do not have to.Not to mention this would add dozens if not hundreds of hours to my time to list these items.I don\'t want this to be a full time job I have one of those already. LOL
ALL ITEMS WORKED PERFECTLY WHEN THEY WERE PACKED AWAY.
A Mandatory Insurance Charge of $3.50 is added to each piece won. This is to protect the both of us. says the USPS insurance is not good enough I have to buy the policy offered by them.I learned this the hard way last time I sold a few items and lost a lot. Unfair I know but that is the way it is.
If you are new to LEMAX they are not well made. All the small detail items are simply super glued to the ceramic piece.Many times I have purchased a brand new piece & had small parts loose inside. Older pieces/ buildings the glue simply has dried out & the pieces fall off.Like most people I just glue them back into place.This will not be an acceptable reason to open a case for a refund. Only if the piece does not work & proof must be provided will a refund be made.As I only HAVE ONE of each item. there will be no RETURNS ACCEPTED and I CANNOT offer a replacement if something happens during shipping.
I will combine shipping for items offered during the same 7 day sale period. I don\'t have the space to hold items for longer than that, sorry. Payment is due within 3 days.
