You have the same detail as in our 1:12 scale and 1:24 sclae kits.It has detailed porch framing, Victorian Gingerbread - Corbels, Victorian Gingerbread Gable Ornaments, railings, Window frames, Plexiglas window inserts, detailed sub frame and more. Just a beautiful house in a compact size.. Pictured isa completedhousefor areferance togive a good idea of all the detail. This kit is made from MDF similar( 1/8 tempered hardboard) Has no splinters, must be primed and painted (oil based) PERFERED. You may also purchase paint with primer( I prefer this as it is quicker and easier).
