This is our Leon Gothic Victorian Mansion W/ SHINGLES included in kit, it measures 44Wx20Dx52H It has detailed porch framing, Victorian Gingerbread - Corbels, Victorian Gingerbread Gable Ornaments, railings, Window frames, Plexiglas window inserts, detailed sub frame, precut shingles for roof and towers and more. Just a beautiful house. Pictured is a completed house for a referance to give a good idea of all the detail. FISH SCALE, light, furniture and wall paper sold seperately. This is just the unfinished assembly kit.
