Older Limoges, France hand painted porcelain hat pin holder head vase that's also a hinged trinket box case. With a faux pearl decorated clasp.
With three original embellished stick pins as issued.
The bottom is marked in black with, "No. 116, Chanille, Peint Main, Limoges, France nl".
Opening the bottom shows an inside graphic of what looks like a tube of lipstick.
It measures 2-1/2" tall. The pins are 3-1/4" to 3-5/8" tall.
It's in nice condition with NO chips, cracks, scuffs or crazing. Paint is strong and secure. Nice and shiny. Hinge and closure work fine. All pin beads and parts present.
