Gray 1937/38 Lionel 763e Gray locomotive, RUNS GREAT AND LIGHTS UP, This is the "early" and original 763e. Matching Gray 263WGM Tender, 613 Blue Baggage, (2) Blue 614 Passenger Cars (as per original set) and Blue 615 Observation car. "ALL" with their original boxes. Finish on locomotive is excellent. No. 67 Whistle Controller, All original Instructions. Included in the original set is theoriginal711 RemoteSwitches (pair) with original box, No 47 Crossing Gates in Original Box.Boxes are fair to very good on a couple. Locomotive boxe is missing back flaps and one passenger car box isa back flap/label. This is the absolute best collector set to own as per virtually every serious Lionel collector. I am only selling because my son needs college money. Two disclosures, 1. The hairline crack in the back of the locomotive that is a perfect fit after repair that does not show during display or use.I have disclosed the locomotive condition the best of my ability. Originalcasting of these very heavy locomotives is not perfect by any means.This locomotive was used and enjoyed. Please see images.Front Boiler cover is a replacement. I do have a replacmentvintage boiler light lense and housing that I will include. I see a very small hair line crack along locomotive boiler lower section that isvery hard to see.This is a oneowner set out of 50 years of storage. Was used under the tree for years then no use since 1960's. Just fully serviced and checked by Lionel Repair Tech. Cars are Near Mint to Mint.With very little use.No issues. Original window screens are intact but I do not wish to re-tape or secure them at the ends where they often come loose, that will be up to you. Blue Finish is near new with very minor scratches from use. No dents period. Baggage car doors work perfectley, Cars connect perfectly, Wheels excellent.Tops of passenger cars all open to reveal near mint interiors.Very hard to find original brass connecting rod for locomotive to tender is there. I have also included some vintage notes from the original owner regarding track/rail voltage. You will not have another chance at a set for this price! I AM Thousands Less Than Any Other Set Out There That I can find and I only found two. You can even afford to put a mint locomotive and pay for a freight box and build you own 24K set. Will dramatically go up in value after this recession.

Very rare instructions from this original set all included. I did not wish to break of set. It should be kep together has it has since 1937/38 (uncertain which year it was purchased). It isfrom and always lived in St. Louis from one person.
