Lionel Prewar 437 Signal Switch Tower - Original 1920's Very Good - C6:
At sale is a 437 signal tower in peacock roof, cream and terra cotta sides with orange windows. This version is a little harder to find than the pea green roof version. It would grade very good in condition. The roof paint is faded and marred in spots. The brick chimney complete with all flanges. Inside shows the second floor to be nice and glossy. Usually the heat of the lamp bulb which is missing dries this paint out and makes the floor flake heavily, but not on this one. The knife switches and panel are a reproduction and not original to the piece. The mojave base has some missing paint by the screw holes and some dents on the side metal. The paper instructions are mostly there, quite legiable and lightly soiled. This will make either a nice shelf layout piece. It will shipped via tracked parcel postage or priority mail (buyers choice) which will be paid by the winning buyer based on a 6 to 7 pound package to your zip code as calculated by . ; .
