You are offerding on a LIONEL 9270 Northern Pacific Caboose in the NC5 Style with porthole windows, from 1970.
These cabooses are a bit longer and taller than the basic SP style caboose that was the mainstay of early Lionel.

The caboose has interior lighting and two operating couplers.
I bought this item in the mid 90s for a larger layout - it came with the chip in one corner of the roof (I covered it with red pencil, but I cleaned it off for the photos) and with the small marks under the first porthole window in the 2nd and 3rd photos.

The caboose rides well and couplers work.
Great addition to any layout.
