This sale is for a scale model of a Live Steam LaFrance Double Pump Fire Engine.
This is a functional steam engine model. The boiler is fired by propane, which is stored in the fake boiler in the attached 2-wheel wagon. This fire engine has a fully tubed boiler, a chain-driven forward and reverse gearbox, an upright 2-cylinder engine, 4 fire hoses, a wooden base, and a built in steam lubrication oil injection system. The gearbox is located under the steam engine.
