Materials and color:

We offer 2 kinds of cases - hard plastic andsilicone rubber, there is an option of black or white color, please note thatcolor of the case does not affect the design in any way. For example if youpurchase rubber white case that means that the color of rubber will be white.We might not offer rubber cases for some phone models please use Materialoption to check if your phone model is available in rubber version.

Assembling and dissembling, ports and openings:

All cases are snap-on cases and do not requireany dissembling of your phone. Please do not use any tools to remove your phonecover from the phone, it might cause damage to your phone,we can\'t takeresponsibility if you do so. Rubber and plastic cases might have differenttypes of button and port openings please check images to ensure if they aresuitable for you, charger openings are designed to be used with originalchargers.

Designs:

If you would like to use your own image we arehappy to help, please note that better the quality of the image the better thequality of the print, the image used has to be in high resolution. In rearcases the color tone of the image can be slightly different in real life thanthe one shown in images, it is because every monitor or device will show theimage slightly different depends on its settings and performancespecifications.

Shipping policies:

The order will be dispatched within 24h afterthe payment is cleared Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend oron holidays will be processed next business day. If the shipping takes morethan 15 ( Europe ) and 20 ( rest of the world) business days please contact us,according to our local post office policies package is considered lost after 30days from the date it was dispatched.The shipping time can be different to estimated deliverytime, it is because calculates it automatically and it is not in ourcontrol to change it. Combined postage costs are available. For combinedpostage to take effectfirst add items to shopping cart only after proceed to checkout.We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs includespostage and packaging + labor cost.Items are shipped via standard internationalshipping which doesn\'t include tracking option however if you buy multipleitems or package which is over 50 grams we will dispatch it with trackingoption. Once items are handed to shipping services it is not in our control toeffect shipping times, they can be delayed due to transit operation, workingspeed of sorting centre, bank holidays in deferent countries etc.

Returns:

Returns are accepted once the goods are returnedwithin 14 days of receipt and returned in unused condition, please make surethe items are well packed, we will not refund damaged or lost items. Please adda note with your ID and return reason to package content. If the item isdamaged, faulty or not as described (in other words problem is our fault) pleasecontact us. Sometimes allwe need is a photo. If we need you to return the item, we willrefund return postage at the same rate we charged you to post it.
