Up for sale today is aLot of 3 Vintage Carnival Knock Down Punk Cats - Circus Carnival Amusement Game.

We recently purchased a lot of vintage Carnival Amusement Game items from a Carnival Company that has recently closed it's operation. These Punk Cats were disassembled directly from the original Carnival game and are dated from the 1960's or earlier.

They are made of colorful canvas with a wool-like hair and with varied Circus artwork, many are very animated. Some actually have hand-written names on them to make them more personalized over the years to increase game playing.

These measure approx 12 to 14" high and range in widths, most near 9-10" with the hair. The bases are made of solid wood with a plastic, leather, or vinyl strapping around the bottoms of the canvas.

These Knockdown Punk Cats are in used condition, with signs of being beat up by baseballs and being out in the elements. Some are better than others, some have all of their original stuffing and some do not. Some look clean with a little "dandruff"and some a little grungy, some are intact and others have some minor tears or other light damage. Some have a bit more wear and some have odors. They were, after all, part of the game where we knocked the crap out of them to win a prize for our gal, a game we loved! We noticed that most have a more colorful side and a faded side from years of use and wear.

They are fun, they are animated, they are very much in demand, they are actual classic Carnival Game pieces and will make a wonderful addition to any vintage toy, carnival, or circus collection.
