Lot of 9 beautiful antique mid 1800\'s 13\"hand appliqued blocks from adisassembled 100% cotton quilt. Deep shades of red and green on ivory. I don\'t know the name of the primitive floral pattern. Beautifully worked with tiny invisible hand stitching. In good sturdy condition, professionally preserved on an acid free backing. The red and green remain vibrant. The ivory has just a few tiny stains and suffers from varied amounts of age discoloration. Purchased in New Hampshire years ago. My original plan was to make a lap quilt, but I just haven\'t had the time. It\'s just a shame for this beautiful handwork to remain in storage!
