Lot Of Art Deco Edwardian Victorian Jewelry - Some Wearable ~ Many Need Tlc:
Many items here, I will start with the useable ones:
A Yardley compact in box, the box is very old and stained, the compact could use a good polishing, the powder is used but the puff is still intact, the other blush area is unused and still wrapped with puff on top.
There is a Wonder ELAINE watch in box, the box is very old and the watch is not working (overwound?). Metal unknown.
There is an old catholic metal box, useable but metal wear (has a slide top)
A very old hat stick pin, nice useable shape with crystal beads to it and unknown metal - nice.
MORE wearable/useable items include: a rhinestone brooch (no missing stones), 2 pairs of cameo screw back earrings, a couple of cross pendants, another rhinestone plastic brooch with c clasp (yellowed & plastic material unknown), a sterling ballerina brooch with c clasp, one watch clip chain, two signed FRANCE buckles or scarf clips(appear brass as they show metal wear), there is a STERLING Napier vintage diaper pin monogrammed "M", a sterling chain (needs cleaning ad it is darkened), a couple of stick pins without bottoms - one has a beautiful red stone (glass unknown) and meta unknown, a gold filled mens cuff link with MOP circle, a black and white cameo pin with c clasp metal unknown, a telegraph this number to Monarch Accident Insurance medal, a couple of rings with unknown stones, one blue and the band is very bent and appears brass ~ the other is more silver with a clear stone, a star brooch with c clasp, unsure of insignia and metal, a couple of keys, many old washed mens cufflinks, mostly singles and a pair or two, a ladies locket necklace (chain seems newer than the locket itself), a Vocational FFA Agriculture tarnished gold tone/brasspin, another with a dangle chain in silver as well. and a few other useable items.
Two time piece guts: One Bulova 21 jewels - winds but doesn't always tick (no glass, nothing but the piece itself) and another marked Longines ~ missing a hand, also winds but doesn't tick, it is marked 17 jewels on back. There is also a Hampden pocket watch piece missing cover and a hand inside a 25 year warranted DEUBER case...appears gold plate, it winds and doesn't run, there is no glass top either - for parts or repair. There is an old bracelet missing stones (many of them), a ladies pink glass c clasp brooch missing a white rhinestone (this should be an easy fix), A Samuel A Smith medal from 1936 (Appears sterling & marked L&C on bottom) but missing topper barrel, a big box of watch making material suck as long chains, clips and tie bits (this is tangled and will need organizing, metals unknown) and quite a few more broken tidbits suitable for crafting or repair.
I suspect the majority of these items date back to the 1930s/1940s with some a bit older and some newer. Again, at least a few sterling pieces as noted and a bit of gold plate...some of the chains or watch parts may be just as well or better if you don't mind untangling them/sorting through the pieces. It appears someone at one point was trying to make watch chains.
Expect sorting as there is a lot here, most items will need work. Even the useable items may need polishing/cleaning. Definitely an unusual lot with many different items from way-back-when. These items were found at one estate in an attic inside a very old dresser bottom drawer. They may or may not be of interest to you. Please offer accordingly.
Quite a heavy lot. This lot will be packaged in little groups to protect delicates (except the box with chains and parts - that will be lumped together and will requite sorting and untangling of some chains). IT will then be carefully packaged in a Priority A box to get it to you safely and Insured. Please see the photographs condition and details.
I am not an expert in this category and will let the supersize photos speak for themselves. Please review the photographs carefully, ask any and all questions as all sales are final. Your item(s)will come to you very carefully packaged to avoid any damages in shipment.
As always thank you for viewing my listings!
