Once your ring is packed and ready to ship out, our shipping department will then send out a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipments are typically sent out during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
All our merchandise ship the best possible method via USPS or FedEx--we courteously offer free shipping for all items shipping in the United States. We also offer overnight shipping for $35 and 2nd day shipping for $25. All shipments include insurance, a tracking number, and a required signature upon arrival.
For insurance and legal purposes, we cannot declare the shipment as a gift or a lower value than what you have purchased the item for. If for any reason, the buyer does not receive the package and it is shipped back to our offices, the buyer will be held responsible for this shipment cost. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving your item. A 15% restocking fee is only applicable to all custom and UPGRADE orders, like gold to platinum. Jewelry with an engraving is not refundable. Customization charges are also not refundable, this applies to ring resizing.
Please call us at (800) 935-3229 for a return material authorization (RMA) number. Items returned must be in its original condition with all paperwork and accessories, if any. Returns must be insured when shipped back with an RMA number.
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your refund after the shipment has been received by our office. All Refunds will be given in the same way payment was received minus shipping costs.

This upgrade allows you to send the item back to us at anytime for a different stone or entire item altogether. You can think of it as a life-time exchange policy, but just as long as the exchange is an upgrade and not a downgrade. All you need is the original certificate we have provided with your item.
