We accept paypal, postal orders, personal cheques and cash by arrangement where goods are collected.
Postal orders and cheques should be made payable to 'Derek Wilks', and are subject to a clearance period of 4 working days before goods will be released.
Company cheques and cheques or money orders drawn on non-uk banks will not be accepted and will be returned.
Unless agreed with us, payment should be made within 7 days of the item sale, failing which the sale will be cancelled and a non-paying buyer report filed.
Orders received and paid for before 1pm Monday - Friday will be posted on the same day. Orders received after 1pm, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be sent on the next working day.
Goods to the value of £6 will be sent by 1st Class post; goods exceeding £6 in value will be sent by 1st Class Recorded post or courier. We will offer a 'next day' Special Delivery service as necessary, and for goods over the value of £35 this will be mandatory.
For International sales, goods to the value of £14 will be sent Airmail, and where the value exceeds £14 we will only send by International Signed For.
Where multiple goods are ordered and paid for at the same time, the p&p costs will be discounted by 50% for the second and subsequent items.
If you are not satisfied with the goods that you purchase from us, you may return them at any time within 14 days of receipt. You should inform us first by telephone or email, and the items should be returned by trackable means and in good resaleable condition. We will refund the item cost on receipt, and in the event that the items are received damaged, we will also refund postage costs.
We reserve the right to refuse sales at our discretion, and in the event that payment in full is not received within 7 days we will cancel the sale unless we have agreed otherwise.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

All of our items for sale are made of finest quality silver or gold, and will be hallmarked or quality stamped as such. Unless otherwise clearly stated, we do not deal in plated metals, and if we have any doubts we always carry out our own testing before items are offered for sale.
Most of our gemstones are natural, but some which are not available in required shape or size - or are too expensive for silver settings - may be lab grown or natural stone lab pressed. These may include, but not all, some forms of quartz and agate, amber and a few forms of turquoise.
It is possible that some stones may have minor flaws or cracks visible, but these are entirely natural.
Please note that due to the intricacy of some silver settings or bails, it is not always possible for items to carry the quality '925' mark but this does not detract from the quality, and is within the Hallmarking Act with regard to size and weight.
Because of photographic variations in lighting or enlarging there may be some slight differences in colour aspects at times.
