Lovely Vintage Figgjo Flint Girl & Hen Dish 1960s Turi Gramstad Oliver Norway For Sale
You are invited to offer on this lovelyvintage retroshallow dish,madeby Figgjo Flintin Norwayin approximately the 1960s.It is decorated with an image by the popular designer Turi Gramstad Oliver. It is ascreenprinted image of a woman in traditional Norwegian dress holding up a fat hen, framed by physalis seed heads. The image is beautifully coloured in muted olive green and pale turquoise. The dish is an unusual shape with pinched ends.
The ishmeasures almost 7", by 4", by almost 1" deep.Theback bears the Figgjo Flintbackstamp, along with Turi's signature.The dish is in great condition with no cracks, and just one tiny chip to the rim.
A lovelypiece of vintage Scandinavian pottery.
