ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS: - These are original photographic lanternslides. These are not modern copies.

DESCRIPTION: - This is an original vintage set of lanternslides taken by an unknown photographer. It looks as those there are related to a trip taken by a US Citizen. The slides are 3 1/4 x 4 inches in size and not marked as to location, but I can identify some locations as the Herald publication – The North China Daily News Building in Shanghai China – it is the building they used in 1920. Another slide has “Shanghai – Tea House” written on it. Others have busy streets with signs like “Wing Fong Taylor” “Yee Sing Taylor” “Harry Fong Dentist” “China Jade Company” some photographers signs in one image, and– one sign has “Peking.” There are many hand tinted slides. Some look like Japan hand tinted landscapes. There is also a slide of the statue of Kamehameha I in front of the old country courthouse in the town of Kapaʻau, located in North Kohala in Hawaii.

Please look over the slides. I have no further information on them or the location of each slide.
CONDITION: - All slides very clean. No cracks or damage – excellent condition.
