For your offerding consideration with low opening offer, I am pleased to offerthis "MAGIC LANTERN PROJECTOR or MEDICAL DEVICE/APPARATUS FOR TEACHING STUDENTS?" which I believe wasproduced around thelate 1800's to early 1900's.This projector is labeled EDWARD D. MARTIN CO., Successors, ALFRED L. ROBBINS-MARTIN CO., MANUFACTURERS CHICAGO, the celuloid label was made by "The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark NJ. From what I could research as to what exactly this apparatus is, Alfred L Robbins Co. was a manufacturer of medical devices........this is all that I could find out. This projector is approximately23" l. x6 1/2" d. x 11" tall (weighing11 lbs) and I have no idea if this is complete or not.........I am just hoping someone out there knows what it is.I have taken several photographs to cover this piece in its entirety, please peruse the pictures carefully as they are considered part of the description.................if you need more information, please contact me and I will try to accommodate your
