Shown here is a 10.25" long tin friction powered 1952 Ford Customline 2 door sedan made by Marusan Kosuge of Japan in the early 1950s. The car is simply stunning. It is clean as new, and in excellent 100% original condition with all parts intact. It has a strong friction motor with motor sound as well. Themidnight blackfinish has a fantastic luster which is mirror smooth with no dents or dings. There is some minor box rub to the roof and a couple minor scuffs and age marks but I am being particularly critical as the car really does look pristine. Chrome trim and hubcaps all have a brilliant shine, with no tarnish or corrosion. Front bumper has one tiny pin point ding. Plastic window "glass"is crystal clear with no cracks, breaks or shrinkage and still firmly attached.Glossy black chassis has hardly any wear. Rubber treaded tires are allflawless shape with no cracks or flat spots. Attractive tri tone hubcaps look magnificent. Friction motor runs like new; long and strong with an awesome motor noise sound box.Not too well known is the fact that Marusan made this car about the same time as their very popular 1951 Cadillac, and both cars share the same rear license plate. This very desirable tinplate toy car would be a magnificent investment grade tinplate tin car, made especially enticing with a low, low starting offer and .......as always.
