We currently accept PayPal, bank transfers and postal orders. We also accept the majority of debit and credit cards, through PayPal. Please contact us for the details if you would like to do a bank transfer or postal order.

For UK customers, we send all items as First Class Tracked Delivery. This allows tracking of the item and gives us proof of delivery. This delivery option generally takes 2-3 working days. For more information about this please click here.

We also offer special delivery. If your payment clears before 12pm, we will process it the same day, Royal Mail will pick it up the next morning, and you will receive your item before 1pm the day after that. To guarantee delivery for Saturday before 1pm, the deadline to order would be Thursday before 12pm.

For international customers, we currently offer Priority Airmail. Royal Mail does not offer an international tracking service, but for peace of mind we also offer an international signed for service. If you would like this, please contact us so we can send you a new invoice.

We may send your package by another courier depending on quantity of items purchased.

All items are despatched on the same day or within 24 business hours.

If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given minus the postage costs. However, if you would like to return an item that is unworn and in a resalable condition we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange within 28 days of receipt.

If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty, you may be eligible for a postage refund. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any postage refunds until we receive your item back for inspection. Please note we will not refund your postage if you send it back special delivery.
