Advanced 1950\'s mid-century design, marked \"ITALY\", attributed to Guido Gambone. Rare and beautiful eggshell finish to glaze, with overall crazing that is subtle and original to production. Eccentric zigzag and stripe pattern applied to a simple, footed conical form. A wonderful vase with wildly creative decoration and unique form that would be spectacular in just the right setting. Near-mint condition, clean inside and out.Measurements are 9-3/4\" tall x 5-1/4\" diameter.
