This is for a tiny old miniature thread counter, it was a microscope used by inspectors(lookers) in the rag trade, mainly in Manchester to count the number of threads in a certain area....in this case one half of an inch. It is in absolute excellent condition with no damage to it anywhere and when folded upmeasures 24mm x 17mm.
