If you are an antique mocha ware collector, you can sneak this into your line up and it would be hard to tell the difference between real and this repro, for it is very convincing and realistic! Many of you are aware of Don Carpentier\'s passing in 2014 makingmochaware pottery a good catch at a fraction of the other pieces extant now fetching hundreds of dollar as contemporary reproductions. To be clear, this is NOT a Carpentier piece (which are all marked with his name), my comment herewith was directed that with Don\'s passing, there are very limited alternate resources in which to locate mocha repro ware, and the SJ Pottery cannisterlistedalternately here on my siteis equally as nice and serviceable at affordable cost and immediate availability. When one door closes, another must be opened to take its place, and the SJ sold here passes jury acceptance standards for modern reenactors.
