Museum Old Navajo/santo Domingo Royston Turquoise Necklace For Sale

This is a museum quality vintage Navajo/Santo Domingo necklace having a collection of rare disc shaped Royston turquoise stones. Wonderfully hand cut shell heishi is situated between each disc and on both ends of the piece. Located on this necklace are unique offset strung disc shaped spiny oyster shells. This piece is very pliable and the neck piece is incredible hand braided. The total length of this necklace measures around 34”. Cir. 1950’s+. This spectacular necklace weighs a sturdy 108 grams.
