Very Good: May have some very slight surface scratching from knife
marks, or light wear consistent with occasional light use, tiny
manufacturing blemishes, only noticeable on very close inspection.
These items may have a "seconds" mark which might be on the base of the
item, and varies according to the manufacturer. These items, on a more
in depth inspection, would uncover small flaws or knife marks. Without
that close inspection it would be hard to identify any manufacturing
Good: Has signs of use to the item from normal use, but no damage
(chips, cracks, or crazing) or fading and discoloration to the pattern
or the glaze.
Back stamps and hallmarks will vary according to the year of
manufacture. If an antique or special one-of-a-kind or hard-to-find
piece is up for sale and has any chips, cracks, or crazing, the
damage or flaws will be described in detail. Otherwise we will not sell
damaged items. If you are not satisfied with the the merchandise you
receive or the item was not as described, we will gladly refund your
payment in full, less handling charges for those pieces returned within
7 days of delivery, except for merchandise sold "as is". We reserve the
right to charge a restocking fee on returned pieces.
All invoices not paid for within 10 days of the initial purchase
date will be canceled and the merchandise returned to inventory. We
