Marc Bellaire Lamp Mid Century Modern Atomic Pottery Sascha Brastoff Mardi Gras For Sale
This is an original Marc Bellaire. He was famous during the time of Sascha Brastoff in the 50's and 60's and branched out on his own creating his own line of ceramics, pottery, figurines and lamps. This is from his most famous line of hand painted ceramic arts callled Mardi Gras the colors are black, white, several shades of mauve, purple, amethyst and corral and gold leaf. This lamp is very rare, in great working condition. No cracks or chips to the ceramic, shows a little wear on the base and the goldtone metal is a little dull. But overall, a great specimen. It is tall, measures 36" without the shade. No shade available. Defusore included.
