Marcrest Stetson Swiss Chalet Alpine Pie Serving Plate Vintage '50s For Sale
Here is a Stetson Marcrest Pottery pie serving plate or baker in the Swiss Chalet (Alpine) pattern. It is 10" in diameter and 2" deep and is marked "Hand Decorated Made in America" with the Marcrest Stetson thunderbird. The pie plate has a blue, green, and aqua flower and leaf pattern in the center with an aqua band on the edge and is in excellent condition, possibly unused. There are no chips, cracks, utensil markings, or paint loss - there are 4 available and one of the four does have a slight amount of crazing. It is fresh and clean.This pattern was discontinued in 1960 so you know that is vintage 1950's.
